b81269e78b Libraries: Clean up UTF-16 source text paths
Store parser errors, source range filenames, source code filenames,
module source, and Rust parser errors as UTF-16 where they flow back
into JavaScript-visible strings. Keep byte-oriented source buffers
byte-backed.

Remove temporary PrimitiveString, ByteString, and UTF-8 detours from
JSON, RegExp, module debug logging, print formatting, and tests.

b6bef6b688 Libraries: Use UTF-16 for JS-visible runtime strings
Produce JS-visible string results as UTF-16 at their source, including
numeric formatting, BigInt and BigFraction formatting, URI encoding,
console formatting, parser errors, regular expression errors, Intl and
Temporal records, LibUnicode locale boundaries, and LibWeb bindings.

Handle fractional radix formatting through the UTF-16 builder view.

7025dd1fa7 Libraries: Parse JS strings from UTF-16
Thread UTF-16 string input through JSON, script parsing, Date parsing,
Intl option parsing, Temporal parsing, and the helper library boundaries
that feed those parsers. Preserve ASCII fast paths where the source data
is known to be ASCII.

9f7a328d9b LibWeb: Reject canvas toDataURL()/toBlob() when not origin-clean
Problem: Drawing a cross-origin image onto a 2D canvas clears its
origin-clean flag, but toDataURL() and toBlob() ignored that flag and
serialized the bitmap regardless. So, a page could read back the
cross-origin pixels it shouldn't (per spec) be allowed to access.

Cause: The origin-clean checks in to_data_url() and to_blob() were left
as FIXMEs. Only getImageData() enforced the flag.

Fix: Throw a SecurityError exception from both serialization entry
points when the canvas isn't origin-clean — matching getImageData() and
the spec. The same check also implements the previously-stubbed
origin-clean step in the WebDriver canvas-encoding algorithm.

a80babffb6 LibWeb+Compositor: Run canvas contexts in the Compositor
Canvas rendering is a major remaining path where WebContent directly
owns GPU-facing drawing state. Back 2D and WebGL canvas contexts with
remote Compositor transports, so WebContent talks to canvas surfaces
through IPC while the Compositor owns the rasterization resources.

This is a large step toward GPU sandboxing because canvas GPU work now
lives behind the Compositor boundary. It also gives OffscreenCanvas the
process-independent canvas plumbing that HTMLCanvasElement now uses,
making worker-owned canvases possible without another WebContent-local
rendering path.

69f1c0e432 LibWeb: Avoid invalid WebDriver key modifier values
Clear key modifier bits through their underlying integer values when
releasing WebDriver keys. The enum bitwise complement can otherwise
materialize values outside the KeyModifier enumerators, which trips
UBSan when browser history shortcut actions release Alt or Meta.

The WebDriver session history test covers this through browser shortcut
back and forward actions.

24f37c6732 LibWebView: Keep browser history in the UI process
Use the LibWebView history mirror to preserve traversable session
history across WebContent process swaps. WebContent reports snapshots to
the UI process, and new renderers can be seeded from the mirror.

Browser back and forward now resolve through the UI-owned used history
steps. WebContent still runs the spec traversal path when the current
renderer has enough matching state to do so.

Handle canceled and no-op UI navigations without leaving speculative
history entries or pending WebDriver waits behind. Preserve traversal
precheck state across synchronous IPC shutdown, and avoid overwriting a
restored target entry's persisted scroll state before the document has
adopted that entry.

164ed80244 Meta: Enable exit-time destructor warnings for libraries
Enable -Wexit-time-destructors for all in-tree library targets and
update process-lifetime library statics so they no longer register
exit-time destructors. Long-lived caches, lookup tables, singleton
registries, and generated constants now use NeverDestroyed or leaked
references where the data is intended to live until process exit.

Update LibWeb, LibLine, and the binding generators so regenerated
sources follow the same rule instead of reintroducing destructed
statics.

d9d8c5ce89 LibWeb: Allow Option-generated text insertion
Track whether a keydown should perform text insertion separately from
the delivered code point. Native frontends and text-oriented test paths
can now mark events that came from text input, while shortcut-style key
events keep Alt-modified default insertion suppressed.

This lets macOS Option-generated text such as Option+A and Option+Space
insert into editable controls without making plain Alt shortcuts insert
their base character. Add coverage for Alt text, Ctrl+Alt text,
separator text, Ctrl-only shortcuts, and Alt shortcuts.

7445cff5e8 LibWeb: Use retained data for hit testing
Build a hit-test display list while recording paint output. Use it as
source of truth for point hit testing instead of recursively walking the
paintable tree in reverse paint order.

The retained list records target paintables, visual context indices,
border radii, caret rects, and line metadata needed by hit testing. It
also keeps a spatial index so point queries inspect nearby items before
checking containment in paint order.

Refresh scroll state before hit testing so visual context transforms use
current scroll offsets. Add text tests for rounded hit regions and
selection across non-text content.

c3812d54e1 LibWeb: Push an execution context for WebDriver screenshots
WPT reftests capture screenshots through
WebDriver::draw_bounding_box_from_the_framebuffer(), which creates a
scratch 2D canvas outside normal script execution.

This regressed when CanvasRenderingContext2DSettings started using the
generated bindings conversion path. That path now looks at the current
realm even for this codepath, whereas the previous handwritten
conversion did not, so WebDriver screenshot capture could hit a missing
running execution context and crash.

Push a TemporaryExecutionContext while creating the scratch canvas so
the generated conversion has the realm it expects and WPT reftests no
longer crash.

568b7ce7ea LibWeb: Make Paintable tree ref-counted
The Paintable tree and its supplemental painting data structures were
GC allocated because that was the easiest way to manage it and avoid
leaks introduced by ref cycles. This included the Paintable subclasses
themselves plus StackingContext, ChromeWidget, Scrollbar, ResizeHandle,
and scroll-frame state.

We are now trying to reduce GC allocation churn on layout and painting
updates, so keeping this short-lived rendering tree outside the JS heap
is a better fit. Move Paintable to RefCountedTreeNode, make painting
helpers ref-counted or weakly reference Paintables, and update the
layout and event-handler call sites to use RefPtr/WeakPtr ownership.

2a69fd4c52 LibWeb: Replace spin_until in apply_the_history_step with state machine
Replace the blocking spin_processing_tasks_with_source_until calls
in apply_the_history_step_after_unload_check() with an event-driven
ApplyHistoryStepState GC cell that tracks 5 phases, following the
same pattern used by CheckUnloadingCanceledState.

Key changes:
- Introduce ApplyHistoryStepState with phases:
  WaitingForDocumentPopulation, ProcessingContinuations,
  WaitingForChangeJobCompletion, WaitingForNonChangingJobs and Completed
- Add on_complete callbacks to apply_the_push_or_replace_history_step,
  finalize_a_same_document_navigation,
  finalize_a_cross_document_navigation, and
  update_for_navigable_creation_or_destruction
- Remove spin_until from Document::open()
- Use null-document tasks for non-changing navigable updates and
document unload/destroy to avoid stuck tasks when documents become
  non-fully-active
- Defer completely_finish_loading when document has no navigable yet,
and re-trigger post-load steps in activate_history_entry for documents
  that completed loading before activation

a51967311e Everywhere: Consolidate double/triple click handling to use click count
This moves normal/double/triple click checking into WebContent, the
client only has to send a click count in order to activate a double
or triple click in the content. This means that the AppKit UI will no
longer fire multiple double clicks when clicking in place more than 3
times. This matches the behavior of other browsers on macOS.

We will now also fire the click event regardless of whether a dblclick
event will follow, as the spec requires.

e308e73120 LibJS: Move SharedFunctionInstanceData creation out of FunctionNode
Add static factory methods create_for_function_node() on
SharedFunctionInstanceData and update all callers to use them instead
of FunctionNode::ensure_shared_data().

This removes the GC::Root<SharedFunctionInstanceData> cache from
FunctionNode, eliminating the coupling between the RefCounted AST
and GC-managed runtime objects. The cache was effectively dead code:
hoisted declarations use m_functions_to_initialize directly, and
function expressions always create fresh instances during codegen.

This change prepares for a future where the rendering thread handles

746362e5de LibWeb: Handle WebDriver special keys and Mod_Keypad in keyboard events
Add webdriver_key_to_key_code() in Internals.cpp to properly translate
WebDriver special key codes (0xE000-0xE05D) to KeyCode values with
appropriate modifiers. This ensures keys like Enter, Backspace, and
arrow keys are handled correctly when sent via Internals::send_text().

In EventHandler::handle_keydown(), strip Mod_Keypad when determining
Enter key behavior since it only indicates key location (numpad vs
standard keyboard), not a behavior change. The modifier is still passed
through to KeyboardEvent for the location property.

This gains us 656 WPT subtest passes in `editing`.

5e0ee26e8b LibJS: Use simdjson for JSON.parse
Replace the custom AK JSON parser with simdjson for parsing JSON in
LibJS. This eliminates the intermediate AK::JsonValue object graph,
going directly from JSON text to JS::Value.

simdjson's on-demand API parses at ~4GB/s and only materializes values
as they are accessed, making this both faster and more memory efficient
than the previous approach.

The AK JSON parser is still used elsewhere (WebDriver protocol, config
files, etc.) but LibJS now uses simdjson exclusively for JSON.parse()
and JSON.rawJSON().

9375660b64 LibHTTP+LibWeb+RequestServer: Move Fetch's HTTP header infra to LibHTTP
The end goal here is for LibHTTP to be the home of our RFC 9111 (HTTP
caching) implementation. We currently have one implementation in LibWeb
for our in-memory cache and another in RequestServer for our disk cache.

The implementations both largely revolve around interacting with HTTP
headers. But in LibWeb, we are using Fetch's header infra, and in RS we
are using are home-grown header infra from LibHTTP.

So to give these a common denominator, this patch replaces the LibHTTP
implementation with Fetch's infra. Our existing LibHTTP implementation
was not particularly compliant with any spec, so this at least gives us
a standards-based common implementation.

This migration also required moving a handful of other Fetch AOs over
to LibHTTP. (It turns out these AOs were all from the Fetch/Infra/HTTP
folder, so perhaps it makes sense for LibHTTP to be the implementation
of that entire set of facilities.)
